The ChargeOver Customer Portal allows customers to log in and view their invoice history, payment history, update their payment method, and more.
First, make sure the customer portal is enabled. To do this:
- Go to Features & Add-Ons > Browse All Features.
- Find Customer Portal and click Get Started.
- Make sure Enable the customer portal is set to Yes.
You can direct customers to your ChargeOver URL to log in. For example, you might have something like:
https://jgs.chargeover.com/r/login
From that page, customers can either log in with their email address and password (if they have one), or if they haven't created an account yet, they can click Don't have an account.

- The customer will be asked for their email address. They must use the email address that you have entered into ChargeOver.
- The customer will be prompted to set a password.
- Immediately after setting a password, the customer will be able to log in and view their account history, invoice and payment history, etc.
