Resolving an Initialization Error

Symptom

When installing ForecastX Wizard on your machine, the installer immediately fails after clicking setup.exe. 

Solution

This error appears when you attempt to install without extracting the installer files first. The download file itself is a .zip file which must be extracted/unzipped before running setup.exe.

Once the .zip folder and its contents have been extracted, you can execute setup.exe without this error.
