Item selector menu not working

Symptom: After generating a report, the menu to select the item doesn't respond. Another symptom could be that checkboxes or other controls display oddly in the tool.

 

 

 

Solution:

 

To correct this problem, click Display Settings at the bottom of the Excel window and then select Optimize for compatibility. You will need to restart Excel for the changes to take effect.
