Symptom: During installation the license wizard fails to activate your license preventing you from completing your Forecastx installation. This also applies to after installation process and first usage related error messages: "Your license has expired/activated in other device. You need to renew your license now" and "You have exceeded the maximum number of days you can run Forecastx offline."
Solution:
Part 1 (Studennt and full versions):
Please disable your anti-virus during the installation/re-installation process only, once you've made sure the installation was successfull you can enable it again.
Part 2 (Full version only):
Contact your IT team to make sure that they whitelist our domain in case of a firewall filtering the communication between the forecastx and the license server.
