Enabling the COM Add-in

Symptom

ForecastX is displaying in Excel but none of the buttons work, and nothing happens when the toolbar buttons are clicked.

Solution

The COM add-in needs to be enabled.

1. Go to File > Options.
   
   
2. In Excel options, click Add-ins.
   
   
3. Under the Add-ins menu, from the Manage field, select COM Add-ins, and then click Go.
   
4. In the COM Add-ins window, make sure that ForecastX checkbox is enabled and click OK.
