Symptom
When trying to open the help file using the ForecastX add-in toolbar, an error appears with the following message:
"Wizard cannot find the file"
Solution
- Go to the installer folder: C:\Program Files\John Galt Solutions\ForecastX Wizard\Help.
- Select the help files and copy them.
- Go to the folder where the program is installed: C:\Program Files (x86)\John Galt Solutions\ForecastX Wizard\Help.
- Paste the files.
