In the event that you experience a problem with the application, an error message window with the errors description will be displayed. If you wish to have the John Galt support staff get all the necessary data to help you out in solving your problem, you can automatically send an email to speed up the process.
When the error message window is displayed, click Yes to send the information through an email. The following window appears:

In order for the company to solve the problem fill out all the fields with as much detail and accuracy as possible. Enable the Include data set used checkbox in order for us to get a copy of the dataset used when the error occurred. This information will not be shared in any way.
